| This creek (wadi) is dry during the year. But in a good rainy season we have a few hours of running water. In the background is a different water carrier. It looks like a Roman aqueduct but it was built by the Ottomans and is "only" 190 years old. It carried water to the ancient city of Akko. |

| If we have 120 hours of heavy rain we can fill with strong pumps our water reservoir, if we if we don't pump, the water will flow into the Mediterranean sea (3 miles). |
